I am primarily a nature photographer and artist. Although I occasionally leave my work untouched, I love to dress up my photos with photographic and handmade textures as well as adding custom non-photographic elements — creating unique mixed-media photographic art.
From real-life depiction to the abstract, I use the camera to reveal the beauty and mysteries often hidden from the human eye, or to simply tell a story.
Ephemeral Nature
I am especially drawn to the fleeting and fragile nature of flowers. They come into this world for such a short time, bringing beauty and joy to those who are fortunate enough to catch a glimpse before their petals wither and fade away. Perhaps their ephemeral nature serves as a symbolic expression of our own inherent transience.
